Blackcurrant ones!

I've been so obsessed with these little pillows of joy lately that I had to get up early yesterday morning and see if I could improve my technique. With a few twiddles of difference I managed to get the best batch yet.
I've still got to figure out how to do a liquorice filling for the next flavour and try to find some boxes for them.

I have swooned with joy at the sight of these. Are you using creme de cassis?

Hi Lulu, I knew you'd be drawn in. I'm using Ricardo's fabulous black currant jelly (black currants from Miss Harriet Sprigg's garden just up the road; talk about macrobiotic.)

Hello, Me again, wow they look delicious. I've decided to buy the macaron book for my partner!....It's a big hint but he does love spending more time in the kitchen than me, I'll show him your blog after he has his new present! I really am very impressed, are you offering International Delivery Yet?!!!

Best Wishes
