They look very professional :) God knows how you do it...lol and you have some nice boxes to put them in.
what is a Macaroon then? Is it the same thing or something different. I'm sure I've had Macaroons that were kind of coconutty!!
Not sure if I've even had a Macaron :)

You are turning into a macaroness of the UK, they look simply delicious. I now have book to show me how to do it but so far been too busy to have a bash. I hope what ever happens I can create something as beautiful as those in the pic. Well Done, I hope you're selling lots of them

Dear Gina, do a google search for 'macaron not macaroon' and you will find a wealth of explanation. Mostly macaroooooons are made with coconut and are a single biscuit and macarons are made with ground almonds and are two biscuits sandwiched together. I think you should go to Laduree TODAY and do some market research..

Dear Tracy,
Quick get to it. You'll be hooked (I did misread your comment however and thought it said too busy to have a bath! I thought WOW that is busy...)

Nice to see you over here Nurse Myra. Feel free to drop in any time. I am a Melbourne girl (living in the UK now) but have had the odd Sydney dalliance.
