Family fun & toe tappin' tunes

We had a family afternoon tea yesterday where the Ludbrooks met the Thomas/Skippers. There were twisties, lamingtons and cucumber sandwiches. Two cultures collided and a great time was had by all. Culminating in a big Yaniv game and an anagram game happening on the same table.
Then today there was a jam session at Gwen's place. Sometimes these things go well and sometimes they don't. This was a doozer. The other players were really really good. Here in the video is a wee sample. Richard didn't wear his new shoes but his Aussie thongs were tappin' away like crazy.

Wow, I'm growing more and more jealous by the moment. You guys have the mostest fun. I think you and Ricardo should officially adopt me and take me along on all your wonderful adventures.

I raise another Tim Tam in your honor!

Fantastic, did you get the assembled company to attempt Stanford in C, or perhaps a bit of Herbert Howells? We're still jealous, but at least we've had a few days of glorious sunshine and temperatures of 15 yes 15!! Degrees C. We're really looking forward to seeing you at home soon.
PS The Rector of the Quidenham group is moving to Devon-do you think we'd fit in in South Norfolk?
Lots of love,
D,K and B.
